It involves breaking down the problem into its constituent elements, arranging these elements in a hierarchical structure, and then evaluating them to make informed decisions. Hirarki: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen dan Bisnis is a scientific publication journal that is published by the Management Study Program at Pasir Pengaraian University. The journal aims to facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders, including academic and research institutions, businesses, government, and society. Its primary goal is to promote and disseminate research findings related to the development of management theory and practice, with a particular focus on Indonesia. Hirarki: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen dan Bisnis has been published since June 2019 and is issued three times a year (June, October, and February).
