Hierarchy is a term commonly used in management to simplify complex problems. It involves breaking down the problem into its constituent elements, arranging these elements in a hierarchical structure, and then evaluating them to make informed decisions. Hirarki: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen dan Bisnis is a scientific publication journal that is published by the Management Study Program at Pasir Pengaraian University. The journal aims to facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders, including academic and research institutions, businesses, government, and society. Its primary goal is to promote and disseminate research findings related to the development of management theory and practice, with a particular focus on Indonesia. Hirarki: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen dan Bisnis has been published since June 2019 and is issued three times a year (June, October, and February).

Hierarchy is a term found in management which is interpreted as the easiest tool for understanding complex problems where the problem is broken down into the elements concerned, arranging the elements hierarchically and finally assessing the elements while determining which decision to make. Hirarki: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen dan Bisnis is one of the scientific publication journals published by the Management Study Program, Pasir Pengaraian University. The purpose of Hirarki: Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen dan Bisnis is to build effective communication channels between stakeholders including academic and research institutions, business, government and society. It also aims to promote and disseminate research findings in the development of management theory and practice.
